The Last Supper - a Eucharist in the context of a Passover meal in church, including footwashing and the traditional Maundy Thursday stripping of the altar. There is no charge for the meal, but you will be invited to make a donation to cover costs (suggested donation £5). Any profit from the meal will be given to the Bishop’s Lent Appeal. Booking is essential - please book on the website; complete a slip from the back of church and give it to Fr Mick or Julia; or ‘phone 813152 to book a place. (While the meal itself is a very sociable occasion, the service is fairly quiet and reflective. Many children respond to this atmosphere, and they are very welcome to attend, but it would not suit everyone.)
